I had a problem with my Roxlex Presidential watch. It would not stay on my wrist if I moved my arm quickly. One Rolex Authorized facility quoted me $7,000 to fix the problem. Another wanted $5,500 for a used band. I took a chance and went to Boozer's today and showed them the watch. They took it and within 10 minutes fixed the problem. When I asked them how much I owed them they said there was no charge. When I tried to give the lady some money because I was so happy with their service she graciously declined. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. They have a wonderful store and I highly recommend them for their expertise and commitment to customer service.
